Camping with family or friends, or just by yourself, is a perfect way out. You can go camping in the mountains, on the beach, in the woods, and desert. Part of the camping enjoyment is that very little equipment is required to live outdoors.

When you become an experienced camper, it’s fun to find out what to bring with you to suit your needs. Let’s not dismiss the strongest camping advantage that’s that you’re spending a lot of time doing physical activities. And if you’re on a fishing trip, you ‘re burning up more calories than you’d be consuming sitting in an office. Whether you’re hiking or running, you ‘re doing a cardiovascular workout that helps keep your heart and lungs safe. Your level of activity will vary but hikers typically burn from 120-300 calories per hour. No doubt you have quite an enthusiasm to work up during a long camping trip.
