1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1.) In one large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and whisk until thoroughly combined.

2.) In a separate bowl combine room temperature butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk until thoroughly combined.

3.) Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and continue to whisk until thoroughly combined into cookie dough batter.

4.) Spray a 10- inch cast iron skillet with non stick spray or coat with vegetable oil.
